The service
ComputerManagement.org gives planning information and a place to keep records. It does not erase, inspect or collect any device, and it does not certify anything. Following a checklist does not guarantee that data cannot be recovered: the result depends on the device, the tool and the person doing the work. Check every result yourself. Nothing here is legal or compliance advice; your organisation's policies, contracts and the law come first.
Your records
You own what you type into a ledger. Anyone holding the ledger's private link can open, change and delete it, so keep the link private. A ledger not opened for 400 days, with no running Pass, is deleted.
Paying
The Ledger Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, through PayPal, once payments are connected. While the site is in preview nothing is charged and every Pass feature is open. A subscription renews until you cancel it in PayPal; a cancelled Pass runs to the end of the period paid for. If something we sold does not work, write to WeldonPC.com and we will put it right or refund the period.
Fair use
Do not use the site to break the law, to overload it, or to probe it for weaknesses. To protect the service, a single address can start 20 ledgers a day and a ledger can save 300 times a day.
