Short version: no accounts, no email, no trackers, no ads.
The planner
Your answers travel in the page address so a plan can be printed or shared. They are five choices from a list, nothing typed, and nothing is stored.
The ledger
A ledger holds what you type: names, phone numbers and email addresses of the people doing the work, device serial numbers, notes. It is stored in our database on WeldonPC's server in Ohio, opened only by its private link. We keep only a scrambled (salted hash) form of that link, so we cannot open your ledger from our side. Your browser keeps the link in a cookie that only this site can read. Delete the ledger and its records are gone at once; nightly database backups age out after 14 days. A ledger not opened for 400 days, with no running Pass, is deleted.
What else we keep
To limit abuse we count new ledgers per address per day, storing a salted hash of the address, never the address itself; these counts are deleted after two days. The web server keeps standard access logs for security. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, and the fonts are served from this site.
Payments
When payments are connected, PayPal handles them. We will receive the subscription status and its renewal date, not your card details.
